As an Exercise Physiologist and Christian Apologist, Lift & Pray was born not from perfection, but from pain, purpose, and persistence. The journey started with a young man raised by a single mother, whose unshakable faith became the foundation of hope. Life, wasn’t always easy. From my family struggles and caregiving responsibilities for my brother to a stage 3 cancer diagnosis that tested every ounce of my strength, I faced battles that forced me to dig deeper into what I truly believed.

What held everything together wasn’t physical muscle, it was belief. Belief rooted in evidence and wisdom that stands up under the weight of life’s toughest trials. Our challenges are not roadblocks, but opportunities to discover our calling.

Through years of trials I came to understand a truth worth sharing: true strength is built through perseverance, and real faith is found by questioning, seeking, and pursuing truth.
