New YouTube series: Sports, Muscle & Science

While research continues to trial, test and discover the mechanisms of action behind fat loss and muscle gain and the best dietary and exercise techniques to push human performance. Bodybuilders have been undergoing real world experimentation and application of various disciplines to gain as much muscle and lose as much fat as possible. For the average gym goer this basically means they're putting all of the science to the test so even though you are only getting ready for a wedding or the beach as opposed to a pro bodybuilding stage, you can avoid wasting your time with some routine or diet you saw in a run of the mill fitness magazine and practice techniques that are actually proven to work.

That's what this series is about, I've partnered with IFBB Pro and 2015 Olympian Jonathan De La Rosa to start a new YouTube series where we will discuss the latest industry trends, bodybuilding techniques, diets and supplement science. Jon will discuss the practical application and I will go into the science behind how it works. Check out episode 1 below:
