Naturally as people, we tend to over think things or we try to find the easy way out. While it's important to look into tips, develop tricks and regular practice patience and self control when it comes to weight management. The steps to starting or setting goals shouldn't be that complicated, so here's the short and to the point version of how to meet your goals:

HOW TO: for weight management in a few easy steps with the bro science, here say and myths excluded:

  • First- check with your doctor if you believe you have a metabolic, hormone or medical condition.

  • If you want to gain weight eat more

  • If you want to lose weight eat less

  • If you’re an athlete consume a high protein diet

  • If you’ve plateaued in your weight loss...cycle a few days of low calorie eating with a day of eating a normal amount of calories.

  • If you’re in a hurry, reduce dietary carbohydrate and increase protein and healthy fats.
